I’m so glad that I had an opportunity to use the services of Professional Home Improvement. They were timely, professional, and highly efficient. The owners of this company do what they say that they are going to do, which is a rarity these days. My husband and I had been ghosted by many companies who would come and look at the job, take measurements and our email; then, promise to send an estimate. We would never hear from them again. When I expressed this concern to ******, he simply said that “you will hear back from us.” He was a man-of-his-word. He and his wife, ****, came to our home and proceeded to talk with us about the improvements that we desired. They took the measurements and all applicable information; then, came back within a few days with an estimate and the full details about our renovation. It was awesome! I cannot say enough about this company and its team members. ******, their tile installer/painter, is wonderful. Within a couple of days, our bathroom was demolished and he immediately began to work his magic. I can show you the pictures of walls that were HORRIBLE and now, are as beautiful as a picture. You would not believe the fantastic transformation that this company has done to our master bath and the shower within our daughter’s bathroom. The great part is that once they started, they didn’t stop until the job was completely done. From start to finish for both bathrooms, it was about six to eight weeks. For 5 years, my wife pieced together (in her head and in example photos) her dream kitchen for our home. In 31 days, PHI made the dream a reality. This was the second remodel project for which we hired PHI. Dennis and Jean are exceptionally professional and meticulous. In our opinion, their value is unmatched. I cannot say enough about the Professional Home Improvement team. These are people who truly keep their word. We had had people who were coming to our home and would ghost us. They would take measurements, get our email, and promised us an estimate. Then, we would not hear from them again. This situation happened over and over. But, when we got PHI, it was a totally different story. They were professional, timely, and highly efficient. It only took a couple of days to demolish our bathroom; then, the real work began. We had to replace our 35 year-old shower since it leaked into the floor below. Searching the Internet, we found PHI and were very impressed by reviews from satisfied customers.
When meeting with Dennis & Jean, we discussed different options to renovate the entire bathroom to also replace an unused garden tub.

We decided to use PHI for our bath remodel and they did not disappoint. We have a relatively small bath and they were able to create a design that made it feel more spacious and gave us the dream shower we’d been wanting. The end result was worth the cost and we wouldn’t hesitate to use PHI again.
