Dennis Delashmit and Professional Home Improvement have been remodeling and repairing homes for more than 30 years. Dennis personally oversees all projects, start to finish to ensure personal service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. He is experienced in all phases of home construction and remodeling , from foundation and framing to final trim and painting. His specialty is remodeling kitchens and baths and he is s a NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR), a Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP), and is EPA RRP Lead certified.

At contract, we offer you a clear price and a written step-by-step outline of the work plan. If you want changes to the project as it progresses, we clearly communicate with you about that so there will be no surprises at the end of the work. We pride ourselves in timely and professional completion of the work and we make every effort for you to be comfortable in you home while it is "under construction".
