The 6" medium brown colored engineered wood flooring in these rooms helps to give the room an expansive and coherent sight scope.

Sophisticated modern checkered floor that contrasts an elegant transitional subway tile in a very tasteful way
This light gray porcelain tile floor is set with a medium colored grout to help the lines blend in with the tile. The overall look is clean and spacious.
Gray circular tiled floor with matching grout contrasted by large ivory porcelain rectangular tiles on the shower wall with matching grout. This is a very sleek and sophisticated look.
Dark espresso 3" 1/4 inches wide oak floors with a flat finish make this room feel luxurious.
We continued the hardwood flooring into the kitchen keeping with a consistent direction in order to make the house feel very spacious.
The 3 1/4" dark oak hardwoods are placed facing the same direction as the front door opens to invite you into the home.
Tile was placed at the bottom of the fireplace and lay flush to the hardwoods to expand the room.
Hardwood flooring was placed throughout the house to help reduce allergens and to give it an authentic bungalow feeling.
We ensured a smooth transition and into each room that the hardwoods were placed.
The hardwoods were placed very carefully as to avoid any visible joints.
We continued the hardwoods into the half bath to ensure consistency and make the room seem larger than it really was.
This is a basement renovation with an added kitchen. The room and bathroom have beautiful luxury vinyl woodgrain flooring that spans from the workout/playroom area to the kitchen, and into the bathroom.
